Community impact is often strongest when it’s simply about quietly getting things done. Over the past year, Euston Lodge Worshipful Master Chris Elt has been at the forefront in supporting community charities. These include St Neots Upside Down Sports Club, Three Pillars Feeding the Homeless, Priory Parkside Youth FC, St Neots Acorn Cancer Group, The Cambridge Heart Beats, The Angels Foundation, The Caring Together Charity, and the Coffee Pot Memory Café.

On Friday 5th June, golfers from across the Province gathered at Brampton Heath Golf Club for the annual Provincial Charity Golf Day.
Following breakfast rolls and a welcome briefing from WBro Alex Thomson of the Northants & Hunts Golf Society, 18 teams headed out for a shotgun start to enjoy a day of golf in glorious company.
While there were certainly some competitive spirits determined to top the leaderboard, for many, as you will see from the montage below, the day was simply about enjoying time with friends, meeting new people and supporting a fantastic cause. The laughter around the course throughout the day proved that taking part was every bit as important as the final scores.
After the golf, everyone came together for dinner, where a superb raffle featuring an incredible selection of prizes helped raise more than £5,000 for the Provincial Grand Charity. A sincere thank you goes to everyone who donated prizes, bought raffle tickets and supported the event so generously. Your kindness will make a real difference.
Our YouTube montage captures just some of the highlights from a thoroughly enjoyable day and shows exactly why this event continues to be one of the most popular fixtures in the Provincial calendar.
We are already looking forward to doing it all again on Friday 4th June 2027, so make sure you save the date!
