On a busy Saturday, recruit-in-waiting Tony Malone, a Parachute Regiment veteran and England Veterans Awards Winner, shared his enthusiasm for Freemasonry with others. Tony is eagerly awaiting joining Suffolk Province at Lowestoft, but is already relishing the friendship and camaraderie of fellow Masons.
Town Mayor Patrick Kadewere, along with other local dignitaries, shared that same friendship and camaraderie.

Alongside Tony, there were four serious enquiries about membership, all to be followed up later this week. Additionally, a 21-year-old graduate at UEA University Officers’ Training Corps, while aware of the University Scheme, was unaware of the two Women's Orders of Masonry. Armed with the appropriate leaflet and QR code, she now plans to follow up on her membership and wear her grandfather's apron at Lodge.
