“Originally, the Bill Wright Trophy was contested between members of Kingsley Lodge and its daughter lodges but, in recent years, it has been extended to include other lodges in the Province. It is now open to members of all lodges inside the Province while also being played at golf courses around the Province then followed with visiting Lodges.
The Bill Wright match in 2025 was held in September at Priors Hall GC in Corby followed by all players attending the Thistle & Rose Lodge Installation meeting. This concept of playing golf and attending Lodge meetings around the Province has been well received...and for which we are sure that W Bro Bill Wright will be delighted!
It gives Kingsley Lodge great pleasure to announce the winning pair was W Bro Alex Thomson and W Bro Paul Flynn! The trophy was presented on Friday 27th February 2026 by W Bro Tony Bloxom, himself a former winner of the trophy.
