On Monday 28th April Perseverance Chapter No 455 welcomed EComp David Burton and his accompanying DC, EComp Scott McNeil on his first official visit as Deputy Grand Superintendent since being installed in February.
Perseverance Chapter worked an absolutely first-class Exaltation Ceremony for their new Companion Marc England. The evening included the full Mystical Lecture along with a number of newer companions involved with readings and setting the scenes, which was great to see.
With a joining member on the evening, a ballot for two candidates with two more in the pipeline, Perseverance Chapter is obviously a growing and engaging Chapter.
EComp David Burton presented both the joining member, Comp John Webster and the Candidate, Comp Marc England with their lapel badges emphasising the One Journey One Organisation message and the binding links between the Craft & Royal Arch. Both companions were also two of the first to receive the new welcoming booklet to Royal Arch in our Province.
