On 8th January 2018, our Provincial Grand Master, RWBro Max Bayes, rededicated the banner of Dr Field Lodge. He was very well supported by members of the Provincial team, and there were many Brethren in attendance from across the Province of Northamptonshire and Huntingdonshire.

It was a great evening with the banner being rededicated by the Provincial Grand Master with the assistance of the Provincial Grand Chaplain, WBro Rev John Simmons.

Dr Field Lodge was consecrated on 9th October 1967 and their Installation meeting this year marked the Lodge’s 50th birthday. The Master, WBro Tim Smith accepted the rededicated banner on behalf of the Lodge. During the meeting, the Provincial Grand Chaplain spoke about the Lodge’s history and enlightened a few of the newer members about the history of their Lodge.

The meeting was followed by a very enjoyable Festive Board which finished the evening off in fine style.
