On Saturday 6th September Towcester Masonic Centre held a Defibrillator and CPR training session with help of Northampton Emergency Aid Team. The session was delivered in very relaxed and friendly manner with plenty of hands experience and few entertaining moments.
The event was supported by members from various lodges.
Everyone came away feeling that they had learnt something a would be confident to assist with using a defibrillator or giving CPR.
