Northants & Hunts Funday Success!

The Northants & Hunts Funday was a resounding success, blessed with sunshine and filled with fun for Masons, families, and friends alike.

The highlight of the afternoon came when the Provincial Grand Master, R.W. Bro. Mark Constant, presented the Tug of War trophy to the winning team, along with awards to the many other successful competitors throughout the day.

But in truth, everyone was a winner at this fantastic event. Both children and adults took part in the many activities on offer — from games and competitions to food stalls and entertainment — creating an atmosphere of laughter, energy, and togetherness that will be remembered for a long time to come.

Most importantly, the real winners were the three wonderful charities we supported:

Maggie’s – providing vital support for people affected by cancer
Teddies for Loving Care (TLC) – giving comfort to children in hospital
Three Pillars Charity – serving hot meals to those in need
Thanks to the incredible generosity of all who attended, each charity received over £350 to continue their vital work in our community.

Speaking on behalf of the Events Team, William Diggins said: “We’re so grateful to everyone who came along and supported the day. It was wonderful to see the community come together, have fun, and raise money for such worthwhile causes.”

A huge thank you goes out to all who joined us, whether by taking part, volunteering, or simply coming along to show support. Together we proved once again what a difference our community can make.
