On Friday 15th March 2024 Old Kimboltonians’ Lodge No 7204 remembered one of its ‘Old Boys’ when the PGM RW Bro Mark Constant presented W Bro John Herbert Hill with his 50year Jubilee Certificate.

WBro John was initiated in Old Kimboltonians at an Emergency meeting on Friday 29thJune 1973 when the Charge after Initiation was delivered by Lodge Steward, Arthur March who coincidentally was due to be presented his 60yr Jubilee Certificate next month, but unfortunately passed away in December 2023. (On the same evening there was successful ballot for Initiation for WBro Steve Kingan, PProvJGW)

Raised in 1974 WBro John progressed though the respective offices to become WM in 1990 followed by appointment to PPSGD in 1996. Although not a frequent attender to the Castle in recent years he has often attended the London meeting.
