Brethren who are to receive Active Rank or a first Provincial appointment are to be seated in their allotted place by 2.15pm.

Other Brethren, except for Grand Officers and Provincial Grand Officers required for the procession, are requested to take their places by 2.30pm.

The following options will be shown when you select the Dining option above.

Starter:

  • Standard Option - Salmon lemon & lime fishcake, sweet chili dressing (300kcal)
  • Healthy Option - Caprese Salad tomato mozzarella, basil and balsamic (V, Gf) (150kcal)

Main:

  • Standard Option - Roast Chicken breast, roasted Potatoes seasonal vegetables (Gf) (550kcal)
  • Healthy Option - Roast Chicken Mixed salad (350kcal)
  • Veggie/Vegan Option - Nut roast, roast potatoes seasonal vegetables and gravy

Dessert:

  • Fresh Fruit Salad (100kcal)
  • Cheese and biscuits (400kcal - £2 supplement per diner)

Important Information

This option should be used to book a place at the meeting, and if you wish to dine, at the festive board. It can be used for both you and your guests.

  • Please provide complete details for every diner making sure to click Add to Basket after each one. This is needed to verify each person's eligibility to attend, create seating cards, and accommodate special dietary requirements. Providing this information in advance will help save valuable time and avoid potential embarrassment at the meeting.
  • If you are receiving an appointment or promotion at the meeting, please specify your new rank, not your current one.
  • Master Masons and Installed Masters who have not yet received Provincial Grand Rank (including Past Masters) should enter their Masonic rank as MM or IM respectively.
  • Current Worshipful Masters and Wardens should wear their collars.
  • Entered Apprentices and Fellow Crafts may not attend meetings of Provincial Grand Lodge.
  • Every effort will be made to group brethren according to lodge number. Accordingly, please make sure that you specify the same lodge number for you and your guests.
  • This option can also be used to give your apologies.

Please note that this option only allows you to secure your attendance at the meeting. To accept any appointment, reappointment, or promotion (and pay any associated fee of honour), you must use one of the following options as well:

After adding/editing the details of each diner, please click Add to Basket.

Please provide appropriate details for every diner. These are needed to verify each diner's eligibility to attend and accommodate special dietary requirements.

Once done, click View Basket to confirm your selection and then click Checkout

Please note that if you take the View Basket option and then return to this page to add another diner, you may not be shown the menu choices. To overcome this, change the attendance/dining option to something else and then change it back again. Alternatively, reload the page..
