The meeting of Old Kimboltonians' Lodge No. 7204 held on Friday the 18th of May 2018 was a special one for Peterborough's Senior Group Officer, WBro Bob Beeton PJGD, who was presented with a Golden Jubilee Certificate by the Provincial Grand Master, RWBro Max Bayes, to mark his 50-years in Freemasonry.

The event, which was held the day after the annual meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge, was made even more special by the presence of a substantial number of distinguished brethren including the newly appointed Assistant Provincial Grand Master, WBro Luigi Orsi; the existing APGM, WBro David Burton; and the PPGM, DepPGM and PDepPGM of Hertfordshire

Also present were a good helping of Active Provincial Officers including WBro Bob Cox ProvSGW and WBro Tony Elsey ProvJGW.

WBro Bob was initiated into Old Kimboltonians' Lodge on the 18th of May 1968 and served as Master in 1984.

He is also a subscribing member of Fitzwilliam Lodge, Palmer Lodge of Provincial Grand Stewards, and Northamptonshire and Huntingdonshire Lodge of Installed Masters.

WBro Bob received his first Grand Officer post in 1994, when he was made PAGDC. He was subsequently promoted to PJGD in 2012.

WBro Bob is also a member of two Holy Royal Arch chapters: Chicheley Chapter, and Northamptonshire and Huntingdonshire Chapter of First Principals. 

He holds the Supreme Grand Chapter rank of Past Grand Standard Bearer, which he received in 2017.

WBro Bob is an extremely hard-working, well-respected, and well-liked Mason. We congratulate him on his achievement and wish him many more happy years in the Craft.
