On Thursday the 7th of December 2017 at Pemberton Lodge No. 3039, WBro David Burton APGM made a surprise presentation of a 60-year Diamond Jubilee certificate to WBro Frank Brierley.

Frank was initiated into King David Lodge No. 7471 in the Province of Zimbabwe and Malawi on the 7th August 1957. He subsequently joined Founder Lodge No. 2479 in 1993, becoming Master in 1999. He also joined Charter Lodge No. 7834 in 2000.

Frank was promoted to Past Grand Standard Bearer in April 1995. He was Assistant Grand Treasurer for both the Craft and Royal Arch for 19-years in Zimbabwe.

Frank joined Pemberton Lodge in the Province of Northamptonshire and Huntingdonshire on the 7th March 2002. He held the office of Assistant Secretary from 2009 to 2010, and the office of Secretary from 2010 to 2016.

Within the Holy Royal Arch, Frank was exalted into Msasa Chapter No. 6802 in 1958. He subsequently joined Pemberton Chapter on the 18th of September 2003, becoming MEZ in 2008; he was also ADC from 2012 to 2014. Frank was promoted to Past Provincial Grand Sword Bearer in 2011 and Past Provincial Grand Registrar in 2016.

WBro David said it was a great privilege to be able to present the certificate. He paid tribute to WBro Frank's undiminished enthusiasm for the Craft and his continued commitment as Senior Group Officer for Wellingborough and Rushden, a role which was greatly appreciated by the Province.
